Ordering Belue Farms BeefIf your family enjoys beef, ordering whole or half grass-fed beef can be as economical as it is healthy. Belue Farms Angus beef is priced by dressed (or hanging) weight, meaning you pay for beef – not waste. Total hanging weight generally ranges from 400 to 500 pounds for whole beef or 200 to 250 pounds for half weight. We offer our grass-fed Angus beef in whole or half beef orders. To place your order, we require a non-refundable deposit of: $325 for half beef $450 for whole beef ProcessingOnce your beef has been ordered, we’ll deliver it to Northwest Meat Processing Center in Hodges, South Carolina. There your beef’s total weight will be determined to calculate your balance. You’ll also receive a planning sheet for making processing choices and cuts. Final payment is due before pick-up. Customers are responsible for picking up meat at Northwest. We do not deliver. PricingOur beef is priced by the pound, plus the cost of processing.
