The Skinny on Grass-Fed Beef

| |
If you thought beef could no longer be part of a healthy diet, consider grass-fed alternatives. Pasture-grazed beef offers naturally sustainable advantages including less fat, higher levels of omega 3 and conjugated linoleic acid (shown to lower risks of heart disease and cancer), and less contamination from bacteria or disease. Belue Farms offers several local grass-fed beef options including packaged Native Meats cuts at our market and whole or half dressed beef that can be ordered. So stop by for your healthy beef selection, and fire up the grill guilt-free.
